2003 Native Domain to 2008 Native Domain

One more question......

In my 2003 Native Doamin I have a child domain, also 2003 Native. At the
moment I am not planning on upgrading the child domain, only the parent. Is
that OK? Can I upgrade the parent now and child in a few months?

Can I run the prep commands in the 2003 Domain and wait a few days prior to
intruducing the 2008 DC's (My new boxes havnen't arrived yet)?

Also, I am running IAS (RADIUS) on my 2003 DC, will this work the same on
the 2008 DC box?
