w2k svr - move to new domain?

Can anyone advise if it is possible to move a single DC
w2k server - into a new domain, and to allow it to become
the only DC for this new domain?

Also is there a simple way to move it from the domain its
in now, to a new w2k domain as a member server?

dcpromo the machine to a member, then dcpromo to create a new forest, new
tree, and new domain.

your machine will then be in its own domain.
