Hello,

I have a Compaq ML50 Sever running Windows 2000 +SP4 Quad Proc 4GB MEMORY
which performed a Memory Dump: 12/15/04 1500 hours.

I am trying to prevent this and give a valid explantion to my IT Director. I
beleive this to be due to a ntoskrnl.exe failure.

I have been searching the Internet for a solution for you for over 2 hours
now & I have found 2 pages that say that you have a virus on your machine,
but I don't think this is the case.

Here is a description of the error:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/e..._e1451c63-6de1-40a8-8c2f-155dcea62cf5.xml.asp

Looking at 100's of other articles. There are many that say its due to
Graphics Card drivers. Some say its to do with USB devices, but obviously
they are 'sys' files. Whereas, yours isn't

The pages I have found that are better related to your problem are either in
Chinese, Russian or Spanish.

To be able to help you better it would be great to have a STOP CODE
