W2k servers Can't see other computers after Updates and Patches

I have 3 servers running active directory/
running mixed mode with WiNNT and W2k workstation.
I am running DNS and DHCP

After applying several critical patches and fixes for windows 2000 server, I am not able to browse the domain.
One server can only see itself
One server can only see W2K devices
One server gets and error after selecting the domain it doesn't show any computers
The all workstations are logging in to the domain without errors, but they can not see the servers or the group shares.
The servers all have fibre channel attached cards to a 4 terabyte Storage array.
The servers are logging in but they don't see each other.

Run Netdiag and possibly dcdiag on the servers and see whats happening in
the background. Post back any problems that show up.

Got WINS installed on the server? NT4 still needs that. Also make sure you
have options 044 and 046 (0x8) set in DHCP-server, Scope options.
Does the ipconfig/all from the clients show that everything is pointing to
the server-IP?
