W2K Server Lost Name Resolve Function

One of our development server has lost the name resolution function for a
while (Windows 2000 Server). If I ping www.microsoft.com, I gets "Unknown
host www.microsoft.com" error msg, pinging 64.4.21.221 (www.microsoft.com)
gets normal responses. Two DNS servers are there like any other development
PCs. DNS client service is running. What else should I check? Must be
something trivial. Thanks.
