W2K install w/o CD-Rom

Bill

We have a customer who needs to reinstall W2K Pro on a
hard drive with no CD-Rom. We thought about having him
slave the drive to another machine, partition, format,
copy the i386 over to the machine and then, booting from
the 4 boot disk, run setup (winnt32.exe) from the
harddrive. Is this possible? If so, how do you make the
drive bootable with the needed system files after the
install? Is there another way we are overlooking? Is
there a way to make a disk that will boot to a network and
then install across the network?

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks!
