hey I need either a really good book or a really good
website for w2k desktop support. I have been doing it for
a couple years but Im sure there is more to learn.

any tips?

I was thinking about either the Desktop Support Resource
Guide or the MCDST if one is made for windows 2000

THANKS

If you use boolean searches, the Microsoft Knowledge base
(http://support.microsoft.com) is pretty good.

Also, the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com
