W2K CAL Advice

I have 2 X DELL servers per-loaded with w2K+5CALS . Does this means I have a total of 10 CALS for use on my network .i.e I can connect 10 PC's to both servers without the need to buy more cals ?

When you purchase W2K, it comes with per-server CALs which can be converted
(one time only) to per-client CALs. Make this conversion and you will have
10 client CALs, which can be used to access both servers.
