W2K Boot Freeze

have you tried booting into Safemode and removing the
drivers in DeviceMgr and rebooting?
 
I should have included that in my initial post, yes, it hangs on safe mode too. No new drivers/hardware installed. It does now boot but it hangs at the 80% range for 10-20 minutes
