W2000Server workgroups to domain

We have recently migrated from a workgroup file server
situation to a domain situation. We migrated user ccounts
from the server, that was stand alone server, to a domain
controller. Now the security policy being enforced does
not allow migrated users to use outlook or terminals
services. All other office products work fine.
 
Have you compared migrated user properties to newly-created user properties?
What are the differences?

What are the symptoms of not using Outlook?

Maybe some more details will help us with suggestions.
