Domain Migration

Sorry for multiple post.......

We have recently acquired a new company and they already have their own AD
structure (domain, forest etc..).

Is there a way of moving their entire domain from their forest to ours?

Looking at ADMT it seems I must create a new domain within our forest and,
using trusts, migrate accounts etc???

Also, just to throw another spanner in the works, they have Exchange 2K.

ADMT with Exchange Move Mailbox Wizard will do the work for you -
otherwise If You don't want to migrate whole thing You can always create
trusts between the forests

You canoot cut and paste a domain from one forest into another forest.
Maybe in the future, but at the moment it is not possible. The only
way for this is to create a trust between the domains and leave it
that way or migrate the contents of one domain to the other.

ADMT can migrate groups, users, computers from one domain to the
other. And for exchange you will need to do a inter org migration
(using the ADC and exmerge)
