Hello friends, we are going to migrate to Windows 2003 platform from WinNT
very soon. I have setup a lab for testing. When I move users and their
passwords from NT4.0 domain to Active Directory via ADMT, the migrated user
account are not able to logon to the new domain, if I reset the password in
AD users and computers, then they are able to login fine. Does anybody know
why I am not able to migrate user passwords from nt4.0 to AD. I did not get
any error message while transferring passwords from NT4.0.

Did you view the log...password error does not show in the GUI, only
when you actually review the logfile

the sometimes not so obvious steps necessary....

and to any server type and mode: NT, 2000, 2003 in native or mixed mode.
