During backup I get this event. Explanation?

Hi Pete,

I noticed very recently this problem in some configurations, yet it is
not clear that causes this issue and what are the outcomes.

I have some questions about your configuration:
1) Do you have Microsoft Exchange installed on the system?
2) Is this a cluster?
3) What backup app do you use?
4) Can you please run the command "VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS" immediately
after a backup and and cut & paste the output in your reply.
5) Does your backup succeed?
