VPN Without Fixed IP.

Hi,
Is there a way to configure VPN Allow a PC to connect to a network that does
not have a fixed IP?
 
I use a free service from No-IP.com for just that purpose. In my case I use SSH to access my home
LAN or a few other home LANs belonging to family that I maintain remotely for them.
