VPN problems

I have setup a VPN through a Watchguard Firebox connected
to single W2K Server.
The clients can establish an IPSEC tunnel and ping the
server, but if they try to map a drive it simply comes up
with an error message. If they try to browse the server an
empty explorer box just comes up.

I have added LMHOSTS & HOSTS files, configured a WINS
server, but all to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas
what I could do next? I have configured a similar
installation and it works fine.
