vpn out through 2003 server

have a 2003 server - vpn that worked on workgroup - can't get out once joined
to domain.. disabled all firewall - set up filter out and in - still can't
get out??
RRAS w/Nat - 2 nics one network one internet

Is this possible? Client needs this connection!!
