VPN logon...

I have a number of remote users logging in to the network with laptops.
They are currently using a VPN client, but some of them are loosing the
username and password options that we pre-configure for them.

I know that you can do an auto logon for the OS (win2k or XP) but I was
wondering if there was a way to permenantly define the username and password
option, so they do not lose it while on the road.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
.... therefore you must now that the password in windows VPN connection
resets(don't stores) after unsuccessful connection....
