VPN L2tp connection

We are using server windows200srv with Active Directory and DHCP installed.
Over the net we have Firewall hardware configured to permit access from L2tp
remote client.
Scheme connection:

remote client -->internet-->NAT---->SERVER 2K-->Network

I was able to connect and pass firewall authentication but i have problem to
connect in Dhcp server...Do i need to run any VPN services, Where can i check
routing parameter setting ?
