VPN Installation Error - Dneist execution error while installing D

While attempting to install the VPN Client on a fresh installation of XP
receive the following error.

InstallDNE

Error: Dneist execution error while installing DNE, returncode -2146500093

I have try to search the cisco key word in registry and remove it, reinstall
again but still failed.
