VPN error 800

I am using XP Pro Sp2. I am working at a local library with free
wireless Internet and trying to establish a VPN connection to my home
office. I get the Error 800 when trying to connect.

Any ideas why? I would imagine their firewall is blocking this from
going out?

I know the VPN wors from other locations. Hotels, etc

I believe so. I had a case like that.

Firewall restricts accessing outside
Situation: A lawyer can have his laptop access VPN or TS at home or hotel. He can't establish a VPN from the office. If he tries, he receives VPN error code 800 or 721....
