VPN disabled

I need to ctreate a VPN connection but cannot as the
option in network settings is disabled (grayed out).

I am running Windows 200 advanced server as a stand alone
dev box. How do I make the option available in the
Network Connection Wizard?

In Computer Management/services check that the remote access connection manager
service is not disabled. If it is set it to manual. If that does not help do the same
for the remote access auto connection manager. --- Steve

Thanks for the suggestions. I started the remote access
connection manager but it did not make the option
available.

I'd be open to any other ideas.

I have the same problem after running the hisecweb template

I havent found the fix yet

Thanks Stephen... I set the telephony to manual and it started working.
