VPN Browsing

Hi Folks, I have a vpn connection to a 2000 server machine
running RRAS. The server is in a workgroup. I can access
the server and shares on the server. I can see the other
computers at the office in that workgroup. But when I go
to open those computers I get an error stating that i
might not have permissions to access it or the network
path cannot be found. How do I browse outside my vpn
server? I do not have a user account for myself on the
other machines but I have the user name and passwords for
the ones that are there. Thanks
 
yes u need an account on all the machines u are trying to access in a
workgroup.
 
You can use "Net use" with the user credentials who have permissions on the
shares to reach the shares outside your VPN Server, once you VPN into the
machine.
