volume

I try to turn my volume up louder and it stil seems
really quiet. I've tried different properties and such
and i can't get the volume to get louder. Please if
anyone has a suggestion please e-mail me...

Have you tried control panel/settings/Sounds and audio

devices, you could have another program depending on sound
card but it should be in settings also.
