When booting up my computer the volume level is VERY high before I
login. After I enter my password and get to my desktop it changes back
to normal volume levels. I'm using the on-board soundcard on a Sony
Vaio desktop. I'm not using a 3rd party sound application or anything,
just using good ol' sndvol32. If someone knows of a way to hack the
registry to mute prior to login or have seen this issue before let me
know. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
