Volume Activation has Failed

We have a volume number and I get the following error when I activate
Windows

Your computer could not be activated.
Error:
0x8007232B
Description:
DNS name does not exist.

If you contineu to see this error message, contact your system administrator
or technical support department for assistance.

Suggestions?
I have a fixed I address and I am connected to the internet. Firewalls
turned off on system. Other systems are able to activate.
