I am connected to broadband with a Toshiba PCX2500 modem. PC is connected via
USB port. Tried installing LinkskyRT31P2 broadband router using ethernet
connection on Toshiba modem. Linksky connects but PC will not using LAN
port(ethernet connection). Have tried PC direct to Toshiba modem but PC will
not recognize any connection. How can I configure PC to connect to broadband
thru LAN port instead od USB port. Thanks

Silly me tried but the PC does not recognize the connection. "Cable
unconnected" message. My question is what do I need to do to get the PC to
recognize the connection through the ethernet socket? Thanks
