that would be a bit much to ask of a "nice little desktop database",
wouldn't it? You'd need third-party software libraries for that purpose --
unfortunately, I don't know enough about voice-response software to
recommend any. Search at Google if no one else has that information,
either -- maybe even if they do, so you can make your own decision instead
of just getting the one whose author happened to see your post.
