VisualBoyAdvance 1.7.1 - A GameBoy Advance emulator.

About:
VisualBoyAdvance is a GameBoyAdvance emulator. It's not the fastest but it
aims to be the most accurate.

Changes:
This release fixes many bugs, adds support for 8M ROMs and sound volumes
25 and .50, and adds/fixes ArcTan/ArcTan2 emulation.
