vista wont load any programs from the old windows xp, any suggestions
 
You have to reinstall the programs you used with XP.

You will have to be more specific with any problems you are having.

What do you mean it won't "load any programs"? Have you installed them?
Have you checked with the software authors to see if they are compatible
with Visa? What errors are occurring?
