Can Anyone help please?
My mate has recently got a new laptop on with Vista & Office 2007.
It's only just started doing it, but when he receives an e mail with an
excel spreadsheet, and he clicks it to open it, it wont open, but the error
message that comes up (which I assume refers to the temp location of the
file) has IE5 (not 7) in the filename path, and consequently wont open.
If he saves it to his documents, then opens it from there, it loads up fine.
How can he get it to open from the email?
