Vista Won't Fully Shutdown

I got Vista 64 RC2 installed on a ASUS board that uses VIA chips. However,
it won't fully shutdown and turn off even though the screen goes black. I
seem to recall from some post in the past that a certain VIA driver was
needed to fix this but forgot which it was.
