Vista with Office 2007 and Paid Hotmail service logon problem

I just moved to Vista, I have office 2007 with Paid Hotmail service.
Everything was fine for a week and then the passord problem showed up.
I also had this problem with XP and Office 2007
I can't get into Hotmail from Outlook. I tried adding Connector and it gave
an error stating it was unable to save the password.

lets get this fixed! HOW?
 
Work Around Solution: Install Messenger!!!!!!!

It dawned on me. There use to be a time when Messenger would launch by
default whenever Outlook was opened. I noticed Messenger wasn't installed on
my Machine.

I installed Messenger. Launched it. Opened Outlook. Entered the password
in the Outlook dialog once.

And BAHM I was in!

Run a send/receive and update folder list.
