1. What game?
2. Did you find any instructions on the game's website? Possibly a known
issue with a workaround?
3. Is the game running? Did the game install a service and possibly that
service is running?
In the meantime, things to try:
1. Reboot and try and uninstall again.
2. Restart in Safe Mode and try the uninstall from there.
"file is locked" generally means that some portion of the program is active.
You can't remove it until it is fully disabled. Check msconfig and windows
defender to see that it is not loading in your startup group.
