I have Vista installed in a dual boot environment on my machine at the
moment. I am doing development in VS2005, with Office 2003, and
testing the work on Vista with Office 2007. I'm tired of having to
reboot back and forth, and so I thought I'd try Virtual PC 2007, and
put Vista on the VM.
It is currently installing, but now I'm thinking ahead to activation
and I have a suspicion that it won't work because the key has been
used on the dual boot machine! I don't particularly want to buy
another license key - it won't ever have both machines booted at the
same time...
Is there a way to "deactivate" the key on the dual boot machine and
then activate the VM?
