Vista Ultimate Release Date?

Hello,

I know I can get Vista now for business clients but when I asked our Dell
rep about Vista Ultimate I was told it wasn't released yet. Is there a
release date for Ultimate - volume license?

Also do I have to choose between 64 or 32 - can I switch?

How are the 64 bit drivers coming along for ATI, nVidia, Creative Labs?
Your experience would be helpful.

According to the rep I spoke to release date is January 30th.

According to the rep I spoke to you could use the license for either.
