Vista Ultimate crashes when Virtual PC is loaded

When I try to load Virtual PC on my vista machine I get a blue screen memory
dump when it finishes loading and I can't log into my my machine/network
until I do a restore of a previous save point. Any ideas?

Are there any logged reports in the Problem Reports and Solutions that might
help give a hint at whats causing the crash? Are you using some share device
between the Host and Guest OS?
