I have Vista Ultimate and don't seem able to install Flash Player? I can't
even see Youtube videos. Any suggestions?

Try the Flash Player uninstaller here -
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 then
install Flash Player.
