Vista RC1 don't start after install

After sucessful install (full install) of Vista RC1, on first
startup, it seems load during the screen with rolling yellow bar at the
bottom and
screen with "RC1 Bulild 5600" on the lower right.
Howether, I see disk activity, and after that, nothing... I could stay in
this state for ages. So i have to reboot my computer with "RESET" button.
Unable to start in Safe Mode or any other in F8 menu. Repair procedure with
DVD don't change anything. Re-install ->same problem.
Help me please ? Does someone knows what happen ?
My Computer Athlon 64 3.8 GHz, 1Gb Corsair, Motherboard Nvidia and Graphic
MSI.

I had the same problem. It was obvious that the screen was going black when
the nVidia FX5500 video driver tried to load on the last install screens
(username, password, etc). Put in a very old nVidia MX400 and was able to
complete install. But in Build 5600 the FX5500 still wouldn't run, with
Build 5728 the FX5500 still wouldn't install BUT would run after install with
the MX400. I quit-not worth the trouble for an OS that I don't intend to use
until SP1. Try an older video card-see what happens. Good luck.
