vista new and classic start menu V2

I have just upgraded to Vista Ultimate. I have created a local account for
my wife her start menu is the new start menu and she can swith to the classic
start menu if she wants to. When I log on with my domain account, my start
menu is the classic start menu, unfortunately I CANNOT switch to the new
start menu (no radio button available in the property pane). What the hell do
I have to set so I can switch to the NEW Vista start menu ?
