Vista start menu issue???

Hi everyone just a few minutes ago I had a folder in my start menu all
programs that said programs. it has always been there I thought it was kind
of strange as it had repeats of what was in my start menu already. Well for
some reason now it has disappeared I went into my start menu to customize it
and I did a stupid thing and hit classic menu by mistake. well when I went
back to my regular vista start menu as I did not like classic this folder
was gone not there. how do I get it back? not sure why it was there to begin
with but I did get use to it.

I think this may have been due to a software I installed that put it there I
recently uninstalled and upgraded this software maybe they fixed that issue
that is why it is gone? hmm if this file was suppose to be there let me know
how to get it back thanks.
