Vista / Microsoft Office 2007 / Calendar

Why isn't there an option for a recurring event to include a certain day of
the month? Such as: yearly on the 3rd Monday of September. The old
Microsoft Works calendar had that. I would think Vista/Microsoft Office 2007
would have all the same options, plus new ones. Why would you develop and
distribute new software that doesn't even have as much capability as the one
from two versions ago?

Are you asking about Windows Calendar or Office Calendar? They are entirely
different programs.
