Vista Mail?

I would like to know why the people at MicroSoft have not even tried to
contact anyone about their so called Vista Windows Mail.
Their is suppose to be someone to HELP us out here!, where are they?

If they knew this would happen, why where they allowed to put it on the
Market?

Incorrect, at least not in these peer to peer support newsgroups.
The people here are users like you asking and answering questions.
It is all volunteer.
There is no expectation or requirement that Microsoft post here.
Occasionally Microsoft employees post, but then they are doing so on
their own time.
