Vista Home and outlook 2007

I have installed windows Vista and office 2007 on my laptop. In outlook I can
recieve e-mail messages from allmy accounts. But to send a new message or
forward a message outlook puts the message into outbox and starts to
synchronize folders forever and not send the messages.cant do anything till I
deleate the messaage from outbox which is guite a chore at times. Any
suggestions???

This newsgroup deals mainly with the Windows Mail program.
Outlook questions are better handled in an Outlook newsgroup:
