Vista has lost XP Network

Hi

I installed Windows Vista RC as a duel boot just the other day. After
installing the wireless driver through windows update in XP, I can surf the
net fine in Vista. However when switching to XP, the wireless card can not
find any networks.

Im running XP on a tablet sat next to me and thats connected to the network
fine. Any ideas what Vista has done to XP on this pc to make it lose the
network?

Cheers

Check that the network name is the same for both systems, XP defaults to
MSHOME and Vista is WORKGROUP. That threw me at first, I couldn't understand
why Vista wasn't able to see the network.

Have you tried reinstalling the wireless adapter card drivers in XP? Since
the two operating system are completely independant of each other, this
shouldn't have happened. I have 6 machines all with dual boot running 3
different operating systems and never seen this. Instead of using microsoft
to update your drivers, try downloading the appropriate driver from the
manufacture and update it in device manager. Good luck! -B
