Vista Enterprise w/ Office 2007 Enterprise

I am currently running Windows XP SP2 w/ Office 2007 Ult. without ANY
problems. I did a clean install of Vista Enterprise (works awesome). I
installed Office 2007 Enterprise and the install ran smooth. However, when I
launch Outlook, its really, really slow. Our Exchange Server is 2003.

Why is Outlook running so slow?

I doubt it as I have left Outlook running, left to lunch or a meeting. By the
time i come back, its open but if I open a message (no attachment), it takes
about 2-3 minutes for the message to be retrieved. I dont run Outlook in
cache mode. If I close Outlook and reopen it, I literally have to wait
another 5 minutes. I've looked over the even logs trying to look for any
problems, but nothing is being reported as a problem.

Is the client local to the Exchange server or on a Remote Network? Has RPC
over HTTP been configured?

Its local.

Why is it that Outlook 2007 will function correctly in XP but not in Vista??
