Vista Email issue

Hi,
I have been having a constant problem with sending emails. Several of the
other question and answers have resolved most of the issues. The one that
keeps poping up is that once I reboot my laptop I also have to reset the
router. There are other wireless laptops in our home, is there anyway around
having to reset the router daily?
Thanks
Rettzdad

Are you able to surf he web without resetting the router?
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so, copy it
and post it.

Hi Gary,
Yes, I am able to surf the web without resetting the router. The error
message I recieve is
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Re: ebay', Account: 'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Server:
'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F

I also incorrectly stated that the laptop had to be turned off, that was
incorrect it only has to go into hibernation and you have to reset the
router. The other computers in the house, one is using XP the other is Vista.
This issue is not affecting them.
Thanks
Rettzdad

That type of error is often caused by running an antivirus that is
not fully compatible with Windows Mail. Which antivirus is it?
Norton, McAfee, and Trend Micro antivirus are the top three
troublemakers for Windows Mail.

Still having problems with sending email. It worked for a few days now it is
down agian where I cannot send emails but can receive them. The error code I
get is:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject 'Re: Brad - Blankenship Memorial Brick - forwarded
message from Brett', Account: 'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Server:
'pop.phnx.qwest.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0F
I have deleted the known anti virus program. I have also set "My server
requires authenticiation" My outgoing sever port is 25.
When I contacted Qwest my provider they state that everything on thier side
appears to be normal. Any other ideas??
