Hello Adios,
This was tested and there are no indications that there are any problems
when they were uploaded or now:
Is this from an open agreement or from a Select\EA agreement?
The downloads are from different locations.
can you escalate through these aliases?
(e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)

We tested the downloads and they were fine.
There have quite few a downloads and no-one has called in or reported the
issue through the normal channels.

Thanks,
Darrell Gorter[MSFT]

Darrell,

This is an open license agreement with software assurance.

I already got my Keys from the eopen center.

The download section is accessed from the eopen site left side menu -
Product Downloads

The address it links you to is:

https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/downloads/ProductList.aspx?pfcode=VIS

Once you select Visa Business edition, it links you to:

https://www.microsoft.com/licensing...ProductDetails.aspx?pcode=VISBUS07&pfcode=VIS

When you acknowledge the conditions of download, you get this page:

https://www.microsoft.com/licensing...VIS&pcode=VISBUS07&lang=en&format=2&bw=1&os=1

I downloaded both with and without the Microsoft downloader, @ work and @
home.

Got the same size file each time, 1.93 GB.

Burned the image with: Nero 7, Alcohol 120%, ISO Burner

Burned the image to: DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+RW & DVD-RW disks

Burned the image @ speeds ranging from 1x to 8x

(actually used about 10 DVD's all told)

Doing an old fashioned dos fc on the images shows no differences in any of
them.

Creating checksums and testing those shows they are the same.

Have tried booting the image on 3 different computers with blank hard disks,
and get a "winload" error

(I figured that would not work, because it states plainly on the download
page that there must be an OS on the computer you want to install on - just
tried it for grins)

Tried it on 4 or 5 computers in my shop with virtually every Intel CPU
available and on XP HOME & XP PRO OS's - No Joy

Hello,
Found it. There are multiple locations to check, but we found the
corrupted file.
Thanks

Have tried to get the download on 2 different computers - MS Download
Manager says the MD5 is bad and keeps wanting to re- download it. I'll try
an HTTP download tonight.

Hello,
Found it. There are multiple locations to check, but we found the
corrupted file.
Thanks
A new file was uploaded last night (Tuesday evening).
So can you try to download again this morning and report back whether it
works.
This is on the eopen site for Windows Vista Volume Business edition.
Thanks,

I had to download a .img file as well. Here's what I did...

1. Downloaded .img file
2. Renamed to .iso
3. Used CloneDVD2 (you can download a free trial) to burn the ISO to DVD
4. Worked like a charm

Maybe it's the software you are using to burn the DVD??? Try CloneDVD2
because it worked great for me and others.
