Unable to install WAIK

I have downloaded ISO image of WAIK for VISTA ,but when I tried to install it
its giving me an error "" Winpe.cab file is corrupted"

can anybody give me proper installable files of WAIK for VISTA

Try burning the ISO at a slower speed.
