Vista Beta 2 freezes during boot from DVD install

I am trying to install Vista BETA 2 by booting to the dvd, but soon after the
greenish screen loads up, my system freezes and occasionally restarts itself
(just at the very point that it normally freezes). Here are my system's specs:

Motherboard: DFI LanParty Pro 875B Rev. B
Chipset: Intel 875B
DVD/CD Drives: NEC DVD_RW ND-3550A
LITE-ON LTR-52327S
Hard Drives: Seagate ST3300831A 300gb (IDE)
Seagate ST3300831AS 300gb (SATA)
Seagate ST330013A 80gb (IDE)
Seagate ST30023AS 80gb (SATA)
PCI Devices: Creative Audigy ES
Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-350
Video Card: ATI Radeon 9600XT (AGP)
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
Memory: 4 x 512mb DDR400

I have RAID disabled, have tried disabling Hyperthreading, the internal
sound card (not the PCI), internal gigabit lan and SATA drives. Same thing
happens. The only thing I think could be interfering is the Hauppauge video
capture card which I haven't tried removing. I will try installing through
Windows but I am not optimistic. I have also tried reburning the DVD at 2x
(using Nero 7) and have managed to copy all files off my Vista DVD.

If you have any unnecessary external devices attached, especially USB based
ones, try removing them since Vista might trying to detect them. Nero MD5
Verifier is a recommended choice. If setup still fails, its likely a bad
download. Also, try booting into safe mode and see if setup will continue.

Just finisehd trying removing both the PCI sound card and the Hauppauge video
capture card, had nothing plugged in except the mouse and keyboard (both
ps/2), monitor, and power, still just loaded up and froze at the green
screen. As stated before, I was installing through booting to DVD, so booting
to safe mode would not fix that problem.
