1. Download and execute HiJack This! (HJT)
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

2. Disable Notepad's word wrap:
In Notepad.exe; Format --> uncheck; "Word wrap"

3. Download/run Deckard's System Scanner:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe

4. Save the scan results (Main.txt and Extra.txt)

5. And then post the contents of Main.txt and Extra.txt in your post in one of the below
expert forums...

{ Please - Do NOT post the HJT and Deckard's System Scanner Logs here ! }

Unexplained computer behavior may be caused by deceptive software

Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use (in
conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
hijackware/spyware with assistance from an expert. **Post your log to

http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html, or other appropriate forums for review
by an expert in such matters, not here.**

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.

When you post to an Expert Forum and create a thread, mention that.

What's wrong with SUPERAntiSpyware? Granted, one shouldn't depend on

that it complements SpyBot Search & Destroy quite well.

Nothing at all is wrong with it.

| PA Bear seems to disagree. Perhaps he knows something we don't...

There is nothing. It is a personal opinion at best.

I didn't say that anything's wrong with SAS. I know that SAS cannot "find
and quarantine" the multiple infections OP is dealing with. In fact, no
combination of anti-spyware and/or anti-virus applications can do so.

I wasn't aware OP had multiple infections (but I realize it is a
possibility).
